Responsible Living presented at ATSA

A Comprehensive Sex Offender Treatment Program

October 13, 1998 -- MTI presented its products at the annual ATSA conference held in Vancouver. (ATSA stands for the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers. This is the national association for clinicians, probation officers, and researchers who work with sex offenders.)

At the ATSA conference, MTI presented Responsible Living: A Sex Offender Treatment Program. Responsible Living is a 1.5 year treatment program for adult sex offenders. MTI presented its comprehensive, 8-volume, 918-page treatment manual & a 3-day, 24-hour training workshop on how to implement the program.

• The treatment manual guides therapists on how to implement the treatment program. The manual includes lecture outlines and handouts for 75 group therapy sessions and 75 individual therapy sessions.

• The training workshop helps therapists learn the basics of sex offender treatment and how to implement this program.
